The demise of Michael Jackson at the age of 50
leaves a lot of unanswered questions..how did he
die anyway? The autopsy could not even conclude
the cause of death..But lets focus on the Jackson
kids which he left behind..who now will get custody?

Michael married Debbie Rowe, the mother of his two
kids, Prince Michael,12; and Paris Katherine,11;
They divorced 3 years later in 1999. Micheal’s third
son. Prince Michael II (7) was born to a surrogate
mother.

A family friend Brian Oxman
told Radaronline Thursday that Katherine Jackson,
Michael’s mother, is the likeliest candidate to
initially look after the children:.

“Probably Mrs. Jackson will take care of them, she
loves them dearly,” Oxman said…. [The children]
are currently still in L.A. and with a nanny.”.

Oxman later told “The Early Show”:.

“I suspect that the death of Michael Jackson is
only the beginning of the legal battles over not
only his property, but also his children.”
Debbie Rowe being the biological mother of the
Prince and Paris could state her claim for custody
and she would probably be granted custody as she is
their mother…butttt reports have indicated that
Rowe had legally waived her parental rights after
her divorce from Jackson. The decision was reversed
and Jackson and Rowe reached a specific agreement of
their own: Rowe retained parental rights and got a
fat check while Jackson retained custody.

Now i really don’t think that a person like Debbie
Rowe should be given custody of the kids as her part
in the whole marriage was just to produce Michael
Jackson’s kids. If she truly were thinking of the
best interest of her kids i don;t think she would
even consider waiving her rights as their mother.

I pray and hope that the future of the Jackson
kids will be decided in the best interest on the
kids.
