Joseph Boyd, 46, and the 19-year-old were in a southbound No. 2 train heading to the Flatbush Avenue station at 2:10 a.m. Wednesday when Boyd exposed himself and started masturbating, cops said.
After their exchange, the two got off the train in the station, where Boyd allegedly threatened the teen with a pocketknife.
The victim quickly flagged down a cop, and Boyd was busted on charges of public lewdness and menacing.
