Talk about an ingredient blunder! This little green fellow was found in a vegetarian pasta pack. How the hell did it get in there?

This is not the first time such a thing has happened, prior to this, a woman who was half way through her meal in Burger King Netherlands  found a big black frog in her salad! Burger King has confirmed this report.

Carla Hill (pic below) said she found a dead frog after opening a bag of greens from Walmart. Walmart said they are going to work with the manufacturer and refund the customer’s money.
