Hillary Clinton suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction on the steps of Elysee Palace Friday. While ascending to greet President Sarkozy, the secretary of state stepped right out of her black kitten heel. According to HollywoodLife, after she retrieved the footwear, the two cracked a joke, and Clinton was on her way to the planned bilateral meeting.
